  2. 1. My free service trial plan will be expiring soon. What do I have to do to migrate to the TPG 50GB SIM Only Plan? Please go to My Account > Mobile Management > Plan Renew then choose the option ‘I would like to migrate to TPG 50GB SIM Only Plan after my service trial plan has expired’. 2. Will I be charged immediately if I migrate to the TPG 50GB SIM Only Plan? We will not charge you immediately. Your subscription charge will start only 4 days before the migration to the TPG 50GB SIM Only Plan and an e- invoice will be generated. 3. Will I be migrated automatically to the TPG 50GB SIM Only Plan? We will not migrate you automatically to the new plan. Watch out for the email invitation we will send you 1 month before the expiry of your free service trial account. You will just need to follow the instructions in the email invitation and we'll take care of completing the remaining transfer processes needs. 4. My free service trial plan will be expiring soon. What do I have to do & will I be charged if I want to terminate the plan? You may continue to use the service until the end of the trial period, thereafter, your TPG services will be automatically cancelled without any additional charges. 5. What happens if I wish to migrate my service trial plan to the TPG 50GB SIM Only Plan but I have forgotten my username, password or both? If you have forgotten your password, check this TPG Community article https://www.tpgmobile.sg/community/topic/66-forgot-your-account-password/. If you have forgotten your username, please send an email to support@tpgmobile.sg for our Support Team to assist you. 6. Will I be given a new SIM card & Mobile number when I migrate to the TPG 50GB SIM Only Plan? No, you can continue to use your current SIM Card and mobile number after we have successfully migrated you over to the TPG 50GB SIM Only Plan. 7. Will I be able to select a new number when I migrate to the TPG 50GB SIM Only Plan? You will not be able to select a new number when you migrate to the TPG 50GB SIM Only Plan. You will continue using the same mobile number as your service trial plan. 8. Will I be able to transfer the ownership to another person when I migrate to the TPG 50GB SIM Only Plan? No, you will not be able to transfer the ownership to another person when you migrate the plan. 9. I want to migrate at the end of the trial service but I accidentally selected “Cancel”. Please send an email to support@tpgmobile.sg for our Support Team to assist you. 10. I want to cancel at the end of the trial service but I accidentally selected “Migrate to the new plan”. One (1) entry by a participant consists of a photo and a caption and uploaded as a comment on the Facebook post posted by TPG on the TPG Singapore Facebook Page. 4. A maximum of one (1) entry per person is allowed for this Facebook contest. When a participant submits two (2) or more entries, the last submission will be accepted and the rest of the entries will be void. 5. The participant must upload a photo with a caption about someone whom they know is working as a frontline worker during this COVID-19 crisis and why this frontline worker deserves to win the prize. The photo uploaded together with the comment can be that of the participant and the frontline worker, or just the frontline worker. 6. Participants’ details must be provided after they are selected as a winner (i.e NRIC Number, Full Name as per NRIC and Email address). 7. The official time is Singapore Facebook time. Any entry posted before and after the cut-off time will not be considered. 8. At the end of the Facebook Contest period, all entries will be collated and reviewed. This contest is based on higher number of likes for their post, chance plays no part in determining the prize winners. 9. All valid entries received during the contest period will be judged and winners will be determined by the TPG Management based on the number of likes on 8 May 2020th at 12 pm and whether the entry complies with these terms and conditions. TPG will select three (3) winners. 10. In the event where an original post was intentionally or unintentionally deleted by the participant, TPG will be selecting the entry that was most updated. 11. For avoidance of doubt, the eligibility of all entries would be subject to TPG’s decision which shall be final. 12. All winners to this Contest will be notified by TPG via Facebook Private Message by 11 May 2020 and they are to provide their NRIC Number, Name as per NRIC and email address as per NRIC and Contact number to be eligible for the prize. 13. Multiple entries of winners from the same mailing address will not be allowed. If there are multiple winners from the same mailing address, only the winner who provided his/her information first will be taken into consideration. C. Prizes 1. TPG reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed Prizes to other participants or donate any unclaimed Prizes to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organization as solely determined by TPG. 3. The Prizes, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits. 4. TPG reserves the right to replace any Prize with other item of similar value without prior notice and liability, if circumstances are beyond TPG’s control which makes it necessary. D. Collection 1. Once the winner has been notified through Facebook Private Message, they must provide us their NRIC details (Last 4 Digits of NRIC number), Contact number and Email address. TPG will email them the redemption letter. 2. Prize collection will be at the TPG office at 150 Beach Road, Gateway West, #07-05/08, Singapore 189720. Winners must bring along their NRIC for verification. Collection on behalf is allowed, and the representative must provide full details before collection. Prizes cannot be mailed or delivered to winners. 3. If a Winner fails to collect the Prize by 12TH Jun 2020 (or tentatively until Circuit Breaker is lifted), the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and no further correspondence will be given or entertained under any circumstances. In such an event, TPG management shall be entitled to select another winner. 4. In the event that the prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winners. E. Personal Data 1. TPG will need to collect and use participants’ personal data, as well as disclose their personal data to its partners, to facilitate their participation in this Facebook Contest. Such personal data may include without limitation a participant’s name, handphone number, email address, personal identification or passport number, as well as his or her pictures, photographs or likeness. 2. Further the Participants consent and authorise TPG and its partners the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any participant or Winner in their marketing, publicity or promotional materials at their sole discretion without notice to the participant or Winner for marketing, publicity or promotional activities without any further compensation(where not prohibited by law). 3. TPG may also use participants’ personal data to conduct analysis on their use of TPG’s products and services to help TPG improve, review, develop and efficiently manage the products and services offered by TPG. 4. The TPG “50GB for $10” plan is available from today at just $10 per 30 days for its no-contract SIM Only plan. TPG Telecom and Rakuten Mobile Signs Partnership Agreement to Trial 5G OpenRAN in Singapore Singapore, February 21, 2020 - Since launch in October 2019 of the world’s first end-to-end fully virtualized, cloud-native mobile network, Rakuten Mobile has become the recognised global leader in OpenRAN implementation. OpenRAN delivers fully programmable Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions based on General Purpose Processing Platforms (GPPP) and disaggregated software so that operators can benefit from the flexibility and faster pace of innovation derived from software-driven development. TPG Telecom is collaborating with Rakuten Mobile on a 5G technology partnership program to trial OpenRAN solutions in Singapore. The OpenRAN ecosystem is growing rapidly and several major operators have announced OpenRAN implementations globally not only because of the technological advantages, but also the commercial benefits it brings.     Fair Usage Policy

    Dear TPG subscribers, Thank you for subscribing to TPG’s service trial plan. Our fair usage policy allows you to use 2GB of data per day at 4G speeds after which speeds will be capped for the remainder of the day. This policy is designed to prevent abusers from congesting the network while maintaining our system integrity and performance. This policy will not impact the majority of our customers who do not exceed the limit of 2GB data per day. As a reminder, TPG customers can enjoy free unlimited streaming on Toggle, MeRadio and Spotify as these three apps do not contribute to your daily data usage. Warmest regards, TPG

  15. 1. Where can I download TPG 4G Voice app? TPG 4G Voice app is available for download on Google Play and App Store 2. How does TPG 4G Voice work? What can I do with it? You can use the TPG 4G Voice app to make and receive regular calls on your TPG mobile number even if your handset is not compatible with our VoLTE network. If you have a handset compatible with our VoLTE network, you do not need to use this app. 3. How is TPG 4G Voice different from other calling apps? Regular calling apps usually only allow app-to-app calling. With TPG 4G Voice, you can make and receive calls on your TPG mobile number like it is part of your normal mobile handset operation. 4. Can I receive calls from any number on TPG 4G Voice? Yes, you can receive calls from any mobile or landline numbers, including numbers from other telecommunication providers and overseas. 5. Are there any charges for calling over TPG 4G Voice? Usage of TPG 4G Voice is based on TPG’s trial service plan, which includes free unlimited calls to Local Mobiles (from TPG allocated numbers) and 20 minutes to Local Fixed Lines per month. After initial application registration with a TPG SIM card, TPG 4G voice works on any data network. 7. Can I use TPG 4G Voice on multiple devices using the same TPG SIM card? Yes, as long as your TPG SIM card is inserted into the device you are using. 8. While roaming in Indonesia, India and the Philippines, am I able to make or receive calls over the TPG 4G Voice? Yes, you can make and receive calls to Singapore mobile and fixed lines to Indonesia, India (excluding Jammu and Kashmir) and the Philippines from your existing service trial plan. It is important to exercise discretion and caution when revealing personal data to unverified sources. We’ve created this online safety guide to help our subscribers protect themselves. What is phishing? Phishing is a cybercrime where potential victims are lured into providing sensitive data such as personal information, bank, and credit card details, account usernames, and passwords. The cyber-criminal sends phishing emails, SMS, or online messages posing as authentic messages from a legitimate institution (e.g. bank, service provider, social networking site, etc) that the potential victim has dealings with. The collected information can then be sold off to other cyber-criminals and used to access the victim's various accounts for purposes of stealing their identity or withdrawing money from their banks and credit cards. Scammers often detect the IP address of your internet connection (whether it be on mobile or your home internet connection) to ascertain your telecommunications provider. By adding your provider’s name to the phishing attempt, scammers attempt to add false legitimacy to their message. Common phishing scams Emails that look like they are from your bank or telecommunications provider, asking you to click on a link to update your bank details on a fake website Online advertisements or pop-up messages are seen while browsing which informs you’ve won a prize or lottery or have an unclaimed refund Suspicious or out-of-character messages or posts on social media from a friend asking you to click a link. This usually happens if your friend’s account is being accessed by a scammer (human or machine) designed to phish, scam or infect other accounts. Websites impersonating a charity or shop, or made to look like popular websites, with slightly different spelling in the website address Telephone calls from someone pretending to be from a company you interact with, asking you to confirm all your personal or payment information before they will give you an important message Common “hooks” of phishing attempts and tips for dealing with them Too good to be true - They usually have attention-grabbing statements like you have won an iPhone, a holiday, a lottery, or that you will be receiving a large sum of money. Remember that if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. It's best to be suspicious and cautious of such messages. Links - Phishing attempts almost always include a link or a button that is just begging to be clicked. Once clicked, it often leads to a fake website that mimics the look and feel of a legitimate institution's real website. Viruses and other malware may also end up infecting your device upon clicking such links. If you receive any suspicious emails with links in them, simply copy the link and paste it into Google. If it's a common scam, you'll see plenty of search results about it. Request for personal information: Ask yourself why your personal information is being requested, especially if the request appears to come from an organisation that should already have your details. Head directly to the bank's (or other organisation's) website as you normally would instead of using any links in the email. If they really do require you to update your details, you will almost always be notified after you log in. If you’re concerned, ring your bank or visit your local branch to see if they know what's going on. Threats - Another approach used by cyber-criminals is creating fear that something is at risk, like your bank account getting closed or your internet service getting suspended. These statements cause concern and are hard to ignore. Remember, you can always contact your bank or mobile service provider to confirm exactly what's going on. Sense of Urgency - An impending account closure or a time-limited prize pressures the victim to act immediately and disregard common sense to first verify the truth of the message Poor grammar – Often phishing attempts can include unusual phrasing, poor grammar or spelling, broken formatting or images that don’t load properly. The company’s name may be listed slightly differently, for example, “TPG Internet” instead of “TPG Telecom”. Attachments - Phishing attempts may also entice you to open an attachment, like photos, videos, documents, etc. Viruses and other malware may end up infecting your device upon opening such attachments. To protect yourself, do not open or download any attachment if you do not know or trust the sender. Check the sender’s email address (not just their name). Contact from a company you don’t deal with – For example, you receive a message from a bank or a company you aren’t with. Ask yourself why you would be receiving a refund or needing to pay an invoice to a company you don’t have a relationship with Example of phishing attempts What to do if you think you’ve received a scam message purporting to be from TPG Please do remember, TPG will never send an unsolicited email, SMS, or message requesting you to provide your username, password, personal and banking details.
