Yes. You can request a full refund within 30 days provided the QR code has not been scanned and the eSIM has not been installed or activated. Once installed or activated, eSIMs are non-refundable, even if no data was used.
Before you leave, you can download the QR code and set up the eSIM profile at home over Wi-Fi. Once installed, it will connect automatically to local networks — you won't need internet at your destination.
