Customers who have successfully completed their registrations may now collect their TPG SIM Cards at selected Challenger stores. SIM Card Pick-Up Procedures: Customers who have successfully completed the registration and received an Order Confirmation email from TPG (which includes an order number and barcode) may proceed to the SIM Card collection location within 14 days from the date of registration. Please bring along the original ID documents (e.g. NRIC, 11B, Work Permits) and a copy of your proof of billing address (e.g Utility bills, Title Deed or Tenancy Agreement).
