SIM Card Pick-Up Procedures: Customers who have successfully completed the registration and received an Order Confirmation email from TPG (which includes an order number and barcode) may proceed to the SIM Card collection location within 14 days from the date of registration. Please bring along the original ID documents (e.g. NRIC, 11B, Work Permits) and a copy of your proof of billing address (e.g. Utility bills, Title Deed or Tenancy Agreement). For more information on identification and authorised representative requirements please check out our post here We welcome registered users (or authorised representatives) to our SIM Card Pick-Up collection locations, from Monday - Sunday.   2. How to request a change to your personal information: To change your payment method, please log in to My Account. To request a change of any other personal information, such as your address or identification details, please fill in the Change of Personal Information Request Form and email it to our Support team at support@tpgmobile.sg. Please ensure your request includes the following: 1. Your email request must be sent from the email address we have recorded in our system for your account 2. Your supporting documentation: For a change of NRIC / FIN card details or email address: an electronic copy of your ID document. For a change of billing address: an electronic copy of a utility bill (e.g. home broadband, electricity, mobile phone) or Title Deed or Tenancy Agreement in your name. Don’t forget to include a copy of your signed Change of Personal Information Request Form We appreciate your co-operation with this process to ensure we retain your information in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act requirements. -TPG
